Ordering Policy

• All bulk cookie orders are sold by the dozen.

• A minimum of 2 dozen (24 cookies) per flavor is required.

• Each selected flavor must independently meet the 24-cookie minimum.

• Mixing and matching flavors to satisfy the minimum order requirement is not permitted.

• Additional cookies may be purchased in increments of 12 per flavor.

• Prices vary depending on the selected cookie flavor.

Advanced Ordering Requirements

• All bulk cookie orders require a minimum of 7 days’ advance notice.

• Orders must be placed at least 7 full calendar days before the requested pickup or delivery date.

• Rush orders are strictly prohibited. Orders requested with fewer than 7 days’ notice will not be accepted.

• Customers are encouraged to order early, particularly for large quantities and special occasions.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
